Opportunity sprint · from $12,000

Turn the shortlist into a decision plan a sponsor can defend

A focused engagement for one company that closes priority evidence gaps, develops the strongest opportunities, sequences adoption, and produces a sponsor-ready recommendation.

What this establishes

The decision in view.

Principle 1

Answers what to fund now, what to prepare next, and what not to pursue yet.

Principle 2

Includes deeper evidence work, selected use-case development, decision briefs, and adoption sequencing.

Principle 3

Brings together the sponsor, workflow owners, data and technical owners, and risk or governance reviewers as needed.

Principle 4

Ends with decision-ready outputs and an explicit recommendation—not a generic list of AI ideas.

The decision this sprint answers

Which opportunities should the sponsor fund, what preparation must happen first, and what evidence or constraints should stop weaker ideas from advancing?

What is included

  • A reviewed company map and ranked opportunity board.
  • Focused work to close the evidence gaps most likely to change the decision.
  • Developed briefs for the selected quick wins and strategic bets.
  • Written reasons covering value, practicality, company advantage, evidence quality, risk, and time to value.
  • An adoption sequence showing foundations, owners, controls, and unresolved readiness questions.
  • A sponsor-ready funding recommendation.

Who should participate

The sprint needs an accountable sponsor plus the workflow, data, technical, security, risk, or governance owners required by the shortlisted opportunities. Not every participant needs to attend every working session.

What you receive

You receive the reviewed evidence model, ranked roadmap, selected decision briefs, adoption sequence, and a clear recommendation on what to fund, prepare, defer, or reject.

What is not included

The sprint does not promise production deployment. Agent design, observe-only simulation, supervised pilots, production handoff, and customer-specific engineering are later stages and remain subject to their own readiness checks.

If sprint access has already been approved, configure the standard sprint workflow in the workspace.

Questions buyers ask

Resolve the practical concerns.

Should we run a Validation workshop first?

Use the workshop when the first shortlist or evidence model still needs a bounded challenge. Start with a sprint when there is already enough reviewed evidence and sponsor commitment to make a funding decision.

Does the sprint build or deploy an AI agent?

No. It develops and sequences the decision. A selected opportunity can continue into separately gated design, simulation, pilot, and engineering-handoff work.

Can advisors use the sprint with clients?

Yes. Advisors keep the client relationship and set their own fee; Use Case Foundry partner support is quoted separately.
