Use Case Foundry provides assessment software, optional delivery support, and scoped pilot pathways. The first direct purchase is typically a validation workshop, opportunity sprint, or scoped pilot engagement.
Access and approvals
Starter access can begin after account creation. Full analysis access and delivery support are approval-gated to preserve review controls and support quality.
Payment model
Direct engagements may be booked through scoped proposals, invoice workflows, or card checkout links when enabled by the hosted environment. Advisor partner pricing is quoted separately so advisors can retain their own client fee structure.
Scope boundaries
- Recommendations, ranked opportunities, and handoff packages are based on reviewed evidence.
- Pilot readiness and deployment claims are workflow-specific and customer-validation dependent.
- Use Case Foundry does not unilaterally create customer credentials or enforce production go-live.
Customer responsibilities
Customers provide environment access, identity and permission decisions, approved data sources, acceptance criteria, and final operating approvals.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Customer-provided materials remain customer-owned. Reuse of generated outputs outside the agreed scope should be confirmed in the engagement paperwork.
